POLICE: OUR TRAINING

Objective: CT3i’s primary objective is to train law enforcement units/personnel in foundation skills, or sustainment training, in the areas of:

  • Entry Level Tactical Operations (Basic SWAT)
  • Active Gunman: Patrol Officer Emergency Response
  • Police Patrol Rifle / Carbine Course
  • Basic Combat Pistol Course
  • Close Quarter Marksmanship (CQM)
  • Small Unit Tactics (SUT)
  • Instructor Training Course

Method: Our objective would be met through the use of the following:

  • Prequalified prior service military and law enforcement cadre;
  • Mobile training teams (MTT);
  • Use of local established training facilities, or those available to officers;
  • Observable and measurable exercises.

Level of Training: Training is based on the assumption that training tasks are common to all levels of rank, and experience, and allow for advanced training to build upon them.

Standards: Programs of instruction and lesson outlines are based upon training evaluation programs currently used by the US military, and law enforcement agencies. (Example: POST standards, etc.)

Size of Units: Instructor to Student ratio is 1:12.

Location of Training: Training will be conducted through mobile training teams at existing commercial or military facilities which officers are familiar with and/or have access to. The facilities required for most common tactical task training are minimal.

End-State: Law enforcement personnel, will be capable of applying these common tactical tasks immediately upon completion of our courses.
