Method:
Our objective would be met through the use of the following:
- Prequalified prior service military and law enforcement cadre;
- Mobile training teams (MTT);
- Use of local established training facilities, or those available to officers;
- Observable and measurable exercises.
Level of Training:
Training is based on the assumption that training tasks are common to all levels of rank, and experience,
and allow for advanced training to build upon them.
Standards:
Programs of instruction and lesson outlines are based upon training evaluation programs currently
used by the US military, and law enforcement agencies. (Example: POST standards, etc.)
Size of Units: Instructor to Student ratio is 1:12.
Location of Training:
Training will be conducted through mobile training teams at existing commercial or military facilities which officers are familiar with
and/or have access to. The facilities required for most common tactical task training are minimal.
End-State:
Law enforcement personnel, will be capable of applying these common tactical tasks immediately
upon completion of our courses.
