Vision: CT3i's vision is to provide standardized, fundamental training to law enforcement, military and civilian personnel in those tactical tasks, common to both street and SWAT officers. Today’s contemporary criminal and terrorist threat calls for the same training in common tactical tasks for both patrol and SWAT officers.

Mission: CT3i's mission is to provide standardized, fundamental training in those tactical tasks common to law enforcement, military and civilian personnel, street and SWAT officers, in order to adequately prepare officers for contemporary criminal and terrorist threats.

People: CT3i's people are consummate professionals. They are vetted military tactical operators or law enforcement officers. They have extensive tactical training and/or recent operational experience.
