Our Training
Objective
Our primary objective is to train Combat, and Combat Service Support units; Reserve Component (RC) and Active Component (AC) in tactical skills necessary for battlefield survivability.
Method
Our objective is through the use of the following:
• prequalified prior service military and law enforcement cadre;
• mobile training teams (MTT);
• use of established training facilities;
• observable and measurable training standards.
Level of Training
Training is based on the assumption that students have little or no knowledge of CQC/SUT fundamentals, or have not trained in these areas recently. Training tasks are common to all levels of rank, and experience, and allow for advanced training to build upon them.
Standards
Programs of instruction and lesson outlines are based upon training evaluation programs currently used by the US ARMY and law enforcement agencies. (Example: ARTEP/FM manuals; POST standards, etc.)
Size of Units
• No limit on unit size limitations.
• Instructor/Student ratio: 1/12
• Expandable depending upon time and client needs.
Location of Training
Training can be conducted with mobile training teams at existing facilitates which units are familiar with and have access to. The facilities required for basic skills training in CQC/SUT are minimal.
End-State
Military, PMCs, federal contractors, law enforcement and Homeland Security units, or individual personnel, will be capable of conducting basic CQC/SUT tasks in support of their particular force or facility protection needs.
