Standardized training:
CT3i instructors use standardized Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP’s) throughout their instruction.
Subject matter experts:
CT3i instructors draw from extensive experience on the street, as well as, (SWAT) Tactical Operations.
Instructors and programs of instruction are focused on the common tactical tasks patrol officers will
apply day to day as well as, during SWAT operations.

CT3i's instructors are independent contractors who are consummate, professional former military
personnel who are familiar with the warrior skills needed for combat support (CS) and combat
service support (CSS) Rear Area Operations. Many instructors have recent operational experience
in Afghanistan, Iraq, and other parts of the globe.
